Chances are that Sergio Altamura, experimental guitar player from Italy, come to the Italian Institute of Culture (IIC) in Tokyo to perform and this is a good occasion for me to step in and FOH for the event.
Set up is pretty easy (at least on my side), the main work is to actually balance different stereo tracks that he is giving to me from his set up on stage: it is a proper mixing work, expecially when you are dealing with a no-true full range system that requires to be extra careful on what you feed.
It is also the fist time I use an Antelope Audio Zen Tour to track the actual performance, a high-end portable interface which I’m just starting endorsing as official ambassador! Very nice.
