Spending June and July on some cello tracking with my portable home recording set up has been a great way to “smart work”: about 30 hour of the finest cello cuts for the new upcoming Gianluca Pischedda’s all-cello album.
For the mission, with me I had my laptop, my Antelope Audio Zen Tour Synergy Core, an Avalon channel strip and an Aston microphone (combined with a DPA bridge pick up right on the cello).
Cool stuff.
