I got an invitation to play guitar and perform together with contemporary duo (Mario Massa – sax and fx – and Mixa Fortuna – vox and fx) at the Cala Gonone Jazz Festival in Dorgali (Italy)
a 50-minute performance between written parts, improvisations and guitar soloing.
For this performance I thought about the best set up I could have: my trusting Fender Strat going into a Kemper head throu a Whammy, a Freeze a Volume pedal. Nice and effective!
